"Stua oscura is not just a name, but the expression of a sonic place: the union between primordial heat and sensorial darkness.

* "Stua", in Venetian (from the German, stube): evokes the traditional Alpine room, the heated, wood-paneled living room. It represents intimacy, welcome, enveloping warmth, and a domestic atmosphere, the hearth where life unfolds, sheltered from the cold.

* "Dark": describes the music's timbral color. It's not a cold darkness, but a deep, velvety, earthy tone. It's the shadow that amplifies introspection and emotion.

Stua oscura is, therefore, the experience of an intimate and mysterious warmth. It is the sound emanating from a room lit only by dying embers, where whispered stories take on a profound resonance.
